Courtyard Meetings with Community People

Attended and supported a series of courtyard meetings (Uthan Baitak) conducted by Community Health Workers (CHWs) across 29 unions. These grassroots-level sessions served as the primary platform for community health education, behavior change communication, and climate-health awareness among households.

• Reach underserved households with health education messages
• Support CHWs in delivering quality community health sessions
• Raise awareness on climate-sensitive diseases and preventive behaviors
• Promote health-seeking behaviors and reduce stigma around TB and other diseases
• Collect community feedback for program improvement

• Supported 25 CHWs in organizing and facilitating community courtyard sessions
• Developed culturally appropriate health education materials in Bangla
• Conducted sessions on climate change impacts on health, hygiene, and sanitation
• Facilitated open dialogue with community members on health concerns
• Identified and referred individuals with TB symptoms and other health issues
• Monitored and supervised session quality across all target unions
