  • Lead a team of 3 Field Organizers and 1 Peripheral Lab staff for TB control activities
  • Manage overall TB project operations in Chowgacha Upazila in alignment with National TB Program (NTP) guidelines
  • Plan and implement monthly work plans; coordinate with UHFPO, MODC, and other stakeholders
  • Supervise sample collection, transportation, and referrals to Xpert/Truenat/Microscopy sites
  • Ensure treatment initiation, DOT adherence, contact investigation, and TPT enrollment
  • Track program activities, maintain data in e-TB Manager and eLMIS, and prepare reports
  • Conduct field supervision, capacity building, and organize community awareness sessions
